BeanieBrew is a small-batch coffee roasting business run by students and supervised by parents. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All shipping orders are processed through Stripe. Payment is collected in full before your order is roasted. Drop-off orders are paid at the time of pickup.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. A flat shipping rate applies to all shipping orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Drop-off Pickup

Drop-off sessions are scheduled events at a designated location. You may request a session change up to the published deadline. Changes requested after the deadline will be queued for admin review.

5. Refunds

Refunds for shipping orders are processed through Stripe at admin discretion. Please contact us at beaniebrewco@gmail.com to request a refund. Drop-off orders may be exchanged or refunded at the time of pickup at our discretion.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Admin and employee accounts require approval from a supervisor.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeanieBrew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
